Worried about the often problematic culture of the stand-up comedy world? Rest assured, that's not us. We've worked hard to create an inclusive environment where everybody feels safe and comfortable. We have monthly "Arial" meetings for women and underrepresented genders to test out material, and an eboard member designated to help workshop jokes.
